    Default annotation scale list

I thouht i saw a thread similiar to this but I can't find it now so if this is a repost just let me know.
My Annotation Scale list is populated by a large amount of scales that are listed like the following:
    1/2" = 1'-0"_XREF_XREF_XREF_XREF_XREF_XREF
I have no clue how many are actually listed its a lot though.
There are no x-ref's in the drawing.
I've tried the scale list edit command but end up with an "UNHANDLED EXCEPTION" error.
Any help would be very appreciated, Thanks.

You can also run the scale list edit command in the command bar mode as follows <-scalelistedit> the "-" is important. Then just follow the command prompts. If you want some fun press ? then eneter. it will tell you how many scales are in the drawing. I recieved a drawing from a client with ove 21,000.
Then press r then enter to reset to the default 32 (or 33 whatever it is) scales.
