    Default MTEXT Issues

I'm working in 2009 to get it ready for the whole office. I've got everything ready, but one MTEXT issue I'm having. I've had to use the oldeditor setting for MTEXTED to get 2009 and older versions to play nice together in mtext, but when I run a spell check (in 2009 and it corrects a word) it reformats the last note and I can no longer open the mtext in 2009. I go into it in 2007 and correct the indenting then 2009 works again. Does anyone have any recommendation? Thanks in advance.

What problems were occurring when MTEXTED was set to the default value 'internal' ?

It would refomat all the note indents even if only opening the mtext in 2009, so opening in 2007 the drawing notes would be all reformatted (mtext worked fine in 2009 with the internal setting). Since, not all employees will be using 2009 I have to have the two compatible, not to mention other offices.

I've found a work around for my above mentioned problem, and I able to use the internal setting to still get all the new bells and whistles of 2009. I have to make sure all lines in my drawing notes have an indent of 3/8". As of now I was only indenting the lines that needed it. For example, the lines that aren't indented have a 0 indent and now I just have to make sure all lines have the hanging line at a 3/8" indent (which is what all other lines have along with a 3/8" indent for the first line on non-title lines). This has no effect for single line note title lines.
