Default Attribute in Block - Annotative Scaling

I created a block in ADT 2006 and have recently updated it to take advantage of annotative scaling in ACA 2008. The block itself is set to be annotative, but the attribute in the block is not set to be annotative. When the block is first inserted into a drawing, the block and attribute together will scale appropriately. However, when the block is inserted again into the same drawing, the block will scale appropriately, but the text of the attribute will not scale correctly. Anyone know why the attribute behaves this way?

have you tried ATTSYNC or BATTMAN? the end result of them is the same, but should resolve any attribute issues you have.
