Ok, I think I did my best to search for this answer and have come up with nothing so I'm gonna throw this out there......
First off, I'm using C3D2008 (Service Pack 2)
My firm has styles set up for feature lines based on if they are existing or proposed, etc and usually we'll go through and add any existing feature lines to a surface and then everything past that point will be proposed ones. Going to Grading->Draw Feature Line brings up the Create Feature Lines dialog box where you can specify what style to use and more. I found that in the Toolspace/Settings tab you can set some of these default settings for example set it to always use one particular style. This is helpful when we are drawing a lot of one style of feature lines but what I'm looking for is a way to control those default settings with a command or custom button.
I'd like one button or command (e.g. "EX3D") that will set all the feature line command settings for our existing feature line style, etc. And of course another one for proposed, but I don't know how to control those settings with LISP or whatever would be needed. Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Maybe those settings can't be touched except doing it manually?
Thanks again!
