Default Plotting output is offset in 2008

I'm plotting a 36x24 drawing in AutoCAD 2008. I'm using the Autodesk default DWG to PDF plotter. When I view the plot in preview it looks perfect. When I plot and check the pdf the whole drawing is offset by a few inches. It cuts off part of the drawing. Anyone ever see this before. I tried creating my own paper size, change the margins. Any help would be much appreciated

That happened to me in 2007. I ended up unchecking the box for centering the plot, and played around with different numbers to make it work right. When I preveiwed the plot in AutoCad, it was running off the paper, but in Adobe it was centered. Hope this helps you.

I've found this happens sometimes with PDF drivers other than AutoCAD's DWG to PDF printer. Solution was to re-install the PDF Writer (Adobe or other). Then for some reason I can't figure out, it just changes to something different of its own accord - even the page size goes hay-wire.

Otherwise 1st make a DWF then print to PDF.
