How to Change Order of Daylight Operations?

Does anyone know how to change the default order of daylighting conditions from cut first to fill first?

I thought I saw it once as a setting, but I can't find it.

According to Autodesk Product Support there is a new subassembly available on the subscription site called " Conditional Cut and Fill" that will allow for a change in the daylighting order.
