Hi,
After we upgraded to autocadLT 2007 (from LT 2000), we have had some problems with our word-embedded drawings.
Our users can only open one drawing at a time. If they open a second drawing they get the following error message: "The program used to create this object is AutoCAD LT. That program is not installed on your computer. To edit this object, you must install a program that can open the object."
However, if they enable single-drawing compatibility mode, it can do it, but will open a new window for each. This is actually a fine solution, but once they restart autocad, this no longer works, and they have to disable the function, to enable it again.
I have a feeling we might have some problem with our registry keys, but we have tried several ways to fix this, with no luck.
Any ideas?
