    Default Parent View not displaying

We're running into an issue where our First Floor Parent View is not displaying. We have plans for 48, 96, and 192 scales, none of which display the overall plan. However, the dependent views are displaying without a problem. Any idea what may be causing this and what settings I should check?

    Thanks,

    Jim

First thing to check would be the crop region for the parent views. It sounds like the cropping is set right for each dependent view, but not the parent.

    Hi Aaron,

What exactly should I check? I feel like the crop region may have been moved away from the plan, but don't know the best way to fix it.

    Thanks,
    Jim

Go to your parent view > right click anywhere in the drawing area > View properties > Scroll down to Extents > Check Crop region and Crop region visible > OK.

Try zooming extents to see where you crop region is.

The crop region has two settings. Show crop region (Which you want on in this case.) And Crop/Don't crop (Which you want Don't Crop in this case.) Once that is set you can zoom out to find everything and move the crop region to the correct location.

That's exactly what I needed to do. The crop region was moved out in space and I needed to move it back. Thanks for your help!
