What are the best rendering specs to use?

I am using this set up for our final renderings, can anyone tell me if there are any adjustments to make to improve a render to be more realistic?
What do you all use for the settings?
I'm in ACA 2009.

okay, i tried to follow those but it barely was able to render without freezing up...and my computer is brand new and fast as hell. with a few adjustments i was able to get it to render but furniture was coming in very jagged/wavy...like you were looking at it under water. guess i'll just keep playing around with the settings.

This setting can use for final render.But sometimes depend on your material setting and mapping to get best.Finally my experience,you can use photons nos(300 to 500)and final gather rays (50 to 250).This result not much different with higher photons nos and rays.
