Default Easy way to copy model lines to a different plane?

I have 2 identical brick arches on an elevation, but on different planes. I drew in the mortar joints of one arch with model lines on the plane of the arch itself. If I simply copy the lines over to the other window in elevation, the lines will be floating in space. Is there an easy way to copy all those lines onto the plane of the other brick arch?

I guess the solution would be to group the linework, copy to the clipboard. Then set the work plane to the new arch location, and paste the group.
    Is this what you want?
