Default Warning: Could not create geometry for Space.

I have two spaces on a particular floor that won't let me adjust the upper limit to the next floor (ie I want to go from Level 0 to Level 1). The warning "Could not create geometry for Space" shows up and my space can't be created. The warning occurs when I set the Upper Limit to Level 0 and adjust my Limit Offset to the slab above and also when I set the Upper Limit to Level 1 with the Limit Offset at 0' 0". I am able to create and maintain a space only when it is below a certain height. All other spaces on the floor are set for Upper Limit = Level 1 with no offsets and they work as intended. I am thinking it has something to do with the architectural model in that location, but am not sure. Has anyone else run into this problem?

I'd suspect that there are no bounding elements above a certain point and the "area/volume" floods out into other areas.

I was thinking along those lines as well, but on the floor below, there is a wall floating in mid-air and the bounding elements work (see attached). I am trying to do a rough load calc and don't want the area to be counted as exterior space. I have the sliver space set to 1', so it might not matter. To ultimately fix the problem, do I just have to play in the Arch model until it works or is there a way to force the space to do what I want?
