Place a Symbol Around Text in MTEXT
Summary: The ability to place a symbol around a number in MTEXT when creating number or lettered lists.
Description: when using mtext, & using the "numbered or lettered outline" we could use a hex (or a circle or square or triangle) around the number or letter

3 and again..
ability to place a hex or a circle or square or triangle around the numbers...
How Used: we need to do this now, if text changes we need to move the hex (or a circle or square or triangle) back to correct location..
