Text showing as boxes

Hello friends,
Presently I'm working on ACAD 2002. Recently I faced a problem in a drg. When I gave dimension or try to write a text, it appears just like an empty box and nothing in it. However I tried a lot and found that when I turn shade mode on, it appears in normal, otherwise, in wireframe, texts (in dimensions and all) appear just like an empty box and arrow heads are blank, I mean not filled. I have checked my dimension style and it's ok.
Could anybody please help me in this case? It just happens in a single drg only and others are ok.

I looked at the other thread. Textfill...... ? Never heard of it... I typed it in looks like a setting. I'll have to play with it a bit. Is it already on here and I missed it?

Simple to fix. Turn QText off.

From the other thread:

Are you working in 3D and your dimensions and text are in model space?
Do you mean the text is hollow or a complete "box" taking up the whole space?
We may need more information, but look into the variables:
fillmode
qtext

Was it the Textfill, Qtext or Fillmode variables or something else?

Well, it had to be two things...
The text-as-box issue is certainly QText. That is the only way text and dimension text will appear as an empty box.

The arrowhead fill, assuming the arrow blocks are using solids, is likely FillMode, since TextFill will not affect solids.

Did anyone mention to the OP to Regen the drawing after turning QText off and FillMode on?

Well, it had to be two things...

I merely suggested "looking into" those variables, hoping the OP hits the 'help button and checks it out, you know, "teach a man to fish..."

Update:
I just had this same issue on a drawing using ACAD 2013 and turning the QText off fixed the issue. Thank for your guys help with simple things like this.
