Level Head not available

I'm trying to change the level head so that there is no elevation displayed, but the familiy that I have loaded is not available from the drop down list?

Open your Level Head in the family editor and press Settings | Family Category and Parameters. Check the category selected for this family. Is it Level Heads?

I think you need to click edit/new... and change the head style in the type parameters list. This will allow you to create a new level style with the head style you want

I am hesitant because it seems that if Leonid is recommending something else, I am probably wrong.

Actually Greg made a better suggestion. Start by checking if your family is listed in the dropdown of available Level Heads in Type dialog. Only if it is not there Carl would need to check for a more subtle problem of a wrong category.
