    Default Multi Axis Work Plane

What is the easiest way to create a work plane for example that is 2 degrees on 4 degrees. Specifically what I'm doing is learning cutting tool design using inventor 2008 for pocket work on cylindrical pieces. I also want to get into fluting. As in the flute of a simple twist drill. I've been tinkering and reading the help me's but am having a tough time.

A bit easier (pun intended) in Inventor.
