Default Annotation Scale different than Viewport scale!!

How do I get the annotation scale to be different than the viewport scale??

I want the viewport to be a scale of 1:30, but I want to the annotative objects to be at a scale of 1:30...

Well, both thpse scale posted look the same to me, but...

Just select the viewport border and use the Properties palette to change the property.
