Default Revision Schedule issue in 2008

First i know that i should switch the project over to 2009, im working on it

I want the schedule to show only the addendum on the sheet. Not every instance. I can either see nothing or every instance.

You have to go into the Revision schedule on the sheet, and under sorting, click off the Show All instances then puse the tutleblock back into the project.

The sheet as the specific sheet in the set or the main title block where the schedule is in.

The sheet family, where the revision title block is at.

I thought thats what u meant, and yes it is turned off in there. And i see nothing. This only occurs on sheets where multiple revisions are shown. example: ASI 5 and ASI 6, for sheets with just one revision shown, it works fine.

I got it to work once, but the title and headers were still on. So when i got back into the family to turn it off, it wouldnt show the revisions anymore. It makes no sense i know. I will try to recreate it again and take screen shots this time, but i thought i had it fixed so i didnt take any pics.
