colinear reactor constraints?

Does anyone know how to do something like a hydraulic piston? I've used the hinge before, but don't know how to go about that kind of constraint...

You could link your geometry to a Damper object (in the dynamic objects pulldown) and then make it non renderable.

I ended up using the Look At constraint using two points linked to the piston arms.
