Linked File when Saving Error

Last night we had a meltdown and needed to take an end-user's local backup and create a new Central file from it. Some end users on the project are now getting the error that I've attached below. However, the linked views are still visible. Has anyone seen this or know of a remedy?

The linked file has other models linked to it.

It’s nothing to worry about, unless the "nested" links were intended to be visible.

If you want to see the linked files and not have that message, make sure they are set as Attachments under the Revit tab of the Manage links dialog box.
You are having that message because probably the linked files are set to Overlay. And if that's true, as ~AJH said, the message is harmless...
