Summary: Label pipe slopes/grades from inside edge of structures.

Description: For the ability to label slope grades on pipe from inside manhole to inside manhole, not just center to center.

How Used: Sewer pipe design. We're able to have the length label calculate this way, but we also need for the grade to be calculated this way. Right now I have to put manual labels on many pipe runs because going from center to center will show an inaccurate grade.
