Default Unfilled fonts in PNG files

I am working with a company where I create 2D drawings and then create PNG files using LT2004. All goes well until the comapny opens one of the drawing files and then creates another PNG. The issue is that the fonts are shown UNFILLED (verdana) as apposed to correctly being solid. The comapny is using a network version of AC2002. Note that on another company computer using a stand-alone version of 2002 this doesn't seem to happen. Also, if the drawing was created in 2002 versus 2004LT (saved as a 2002 file), the problem doesn't seem to arise.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Doug
