    Default SCS Type IIA in Hydraflow Hydrographs

    Summary: Add SCS Type IIA to the choices of storm distribution in Hydraflow Hydrographs.

    Description: I would like SCS Type IIA storm distribution to be available in Hydraflow Hydrographs.

    How Used: The SCS Type IIA storm distribution method is required by many communities along the Colorado front range for hydrology calculations.
