Manufacturer's Content

I am running Acad Electrical 2008 0n WinXP. I want to add manufacturer's content that I missed when I installed the software. Is there, to anyone's knowledge, a quick and easy, or simple way to do this?

Other than either re-installing or adding it from the Design Center; I don't think so.
