    Angry Block Editor panel on AutoCAD Electrical 2009

    Good afternoon all...
    We are running AutoCAD2009 Electrical. I have notice that Block Editor ribbon is not fully functioning. For the life of me I can not find any refrence in the CUI to this panel. I do know that if I open AutoCAD without the Electrical package the ribbon works fine. Any suggestions?
