Default Adding New Scale in Line Weights?

In the "Line Weights" dialog box. There are pre-defined scale provided. But the scale I needed is not listed in the "Add Scale" button. So if my display scale is 1:25, which scale weight does it follow in the "Line Weight" dialog? Does it follow the lesser scale 1:20 or the greater value of 1:50?
