2009 browser problem

Hi.

In 2008 i could type this in a command:

^C^C^P_Browser;"C:/xxxx/xxxxx.htm";

When i then clicked the button it would open my browser and show the xxxx.htm

Now it just says that (C) is not attached to a program, and then mozilla firefos closes?

Does anyone know whats missing in 2009?

You may need to check the acad.PGP has not changed in 2009.
There is a section that defines all the aliases for commands.

Have you tried the old trick of typing start on the command line to make it behave like the run command in Windows.
