View DWG with VBA Application

Hello experts,

I am new to VBA and these spec drawings done with AutoCad. Though I am familiar with Autodesk Maya and 3DS Max.

I am running a proprietary program written with VBA and would like to view DWG files in the application using VBA. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?

1) Can you currently view acad drawings now? if so, under which applications?
(Double-Click a .DWG and see if it loads, and what app it loads under)

2) The properietary VBA program - which application is this running under?
