Default rotate/Slope a wall in vertical plane

I'm unable or unaware how to rotate a wall vertically (or slope)...should I be using a ceiling or slab?

You have to make a mass that has one face sloping, and then use the massing > Wall By face, to place a wall on the slanted face of the mass.

You can either make a mass/Generic Model Family, or (if its a one off) you can make the mass under Modeling > Create > Mass.
