Default "Default" right click not working

Our office standard setup includes a slightly customized right-click default shortcut menu. This works on 68 of 69 user's systems, but when I updated the last user to ACAD2008SP1 this morning, the custom right click "Default" context menu, a.k.a. POP501 stopped working and instead the right click would call up the "Edit" context menu, a.k.a. POP502.

We have both an enterprise.cui and a usercustom.cui and the "Default" context menu only exists in usercustom.cui. The "Edit" context menu exists in both usercustom.cui and enterprise.cui.

Regardless, does anyone have any ideas on why it's doing this and how I can restore our custom "default" right click shortcut menu to the lone user that is without?

I've attached a screenshot of the CUI that may help. Let me know if more information is needed...thanks so much!

Default Re: "Default" right click not working

I'm not using '08, but, if I remember correctly, there's a "right-click customization" box under the options' "User Preferences" or System tab. I don't know for sure, but there might be something there you have to change.
