Dynamic Sheet Set List

I have a problem. Once I insert the Sheet List Table everything is good to go. But when I revise the sheet list or add new drawings the table doesn't update. Is this due to the fact that I HAVE to insert the table after every change? or is there a sys var to set it to automatic update. I checked the table ribbon menu (2009) but there's no update table menu. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have one in front of me at the moment, but I think you highlight the table, then right-click and choose Update Table (or something like that...)

Thanks I found out the answer. You go to the tables menu and click "download from source" and then pick the table and whollaahh, like magic it's updated.

Your other option is to right click the table and chose the "update table list" option down toward the bottom of the options list.

Small note: You can not update the list if it resides in model space. I have placed a few long ones there to use viewports to make multiple columns but you have to use the "change space" tool, update the list and then "change space" again.
