Extract data from Dynamic block with attributes

HI!
I am looking for a lisp programme that will help me to extract data in .xls format or just in Tabular format in Cad 2009.

I am looking to extract data from Dynamic block with attribute.
i want to get the data in a tabular form showing the block name, length of the block/Line,
nos, etc from that block.

Thanks dear, Nice to know such a good command exists in Autocad.
This command works very well,
I do need to customise many things but more than half a battle is already covered by this.
