Default Air Terminal Tag on Wrong Layer

I started from one of the out-of-the-box templates for MEP 2008, and I've been editing it to our company standards (layers, colors, etc).

Suddenly I've discovered that when I insert an Air Terminal Tag, they come in on layer 0. I'm trying to figure out what got changed, and how to fix it, but I haven't found anything anwhere about how to tell MEP what layer a tag should go to.

Duct sizes still go to the correct layer, so the problem is specific to terminal tags, and not a general, total screw-up.

Has anyone figured this one out? I've been through the Style Manager and the Tag Properties and Property Data Sets and everything I can think of.

    Scott,

Right-click on the Air Terminal Tag tool in your tool palette and select Properties, then change the value for "Layer key".

Thanks Buzz! That's what I needed, and that also told me that what happened was that I deleted the original layer key. I made a new one and assigned it as you described, and it works fine now.

    Thanks again.
