Description: Ability to assign shortcuts to the "Command Options" in the Option Bar and also set defaults ie. "pick a line" instead of "draw"

How Used: Revit allows us to create shortcuts for commands but stops short by not giving us the ability to assign shortcuts to options in the Option Bar within a command ie. draw, pick a line, edit sketch, edit, line, rectangle, etc. or the options within the Design Bar ie. finish sketch, quit sketch, finish surface, sketch path, etc.

Options like draw, pick a line, edit, rectangle, etc. are common to several commands and are therefore used more often than any particular command.

A single letter shortcut that works only within the context of a command would be ideal.

You would like also to change the defaults ie, from "draw" to "pick line" or to set "rectangle" instead of "line" from time to time according to what you are doing.

My left hand could be using these keyboard shortcuts while my right hand is overworked with the mouse.
