There are two elemnets of line control that appear to be missing to thos of us familiar with AutoCAD.

1 - Control of line plotting such that a dotted or dashed line always ends on a dot/dash, this is switchable in AutoCAD and some degree of control would be welcome in Revit.

2 - Line end style such that square, round, bevelled line ends can be selected for plotting. It seems to me that sometimes an angled line has a squared off end, but squared to vertical/horizontal so that the line appears to have a chamfered end - it must be possible to provide some control over this.

I second both of these. I created an annotation family to depict the location shear walls with a dashed line. I create a schedule for the shearwalls which includes the length of the wall, but it would be nice to have the dashed line end on a dash so that it does not appear to be shorter than it is.
