Use Reference Manager to rename and relink XREFS

Summary: The ability to use Reference Manager to rename and relink XREFS; and to package (or bind) drawings.

Description: Expand the functions of Reference Manager to allow users to rename and relink xref's and to package drawings (ie bind)similar to etransmit

How Used: Eliminate the need to write lisp/vb/vba routines to be able to undertake the task. Would create a more complete reference manager tool.

Just querying: isn't this already in the Refmanager? Select the XRef from the XR manager, then rename / repath it using the details panel below (so long as it's not a nested attachment this would work). As for bind, right click and select Bind?
