    Default Loss of Shapefile Export

I am trying to export a polyline to a shapefile using the Map > Tools >Export Function. I have done this many times over and recently ran into this problem. Once I have designated the location of the file and have selected the entity I would like to export, usually the menu offers 4 selections if it is a polyline, line, and I forget the other ones. Well those options are not showing up at all. I use the Treat Closed polylines as polygons options as well.

I went ahead and used it. It get to the point were it says 0 of 3 entities and then it crashes everytime. The other C3D 2009 user in my office has it and can do it without a problem. Is it a CUI change or something around that line? I have repaired C3D and still have the problem. I have done a shapefile export several times since I loaded 2009 and I don't know when this problem really started. It might have been after SP1 or 2. Its strange that I would loss the options to select the object class like that. Let me know what you guys think it could be.

Edit: I have checked all the other formats to see if its just a .shp and I do not have the option available for any of the formats.
