ACAD coords vs LL83-WP (NAD 83)

How can I change the Autocad Coordinate system to match an assigned / global coordinate system.
The problem I'm having is that I plan on using the coordinate system to insert blocks and the coordinates I have are in a NAD83 (Lat and Long) configuration not the ACAD coordinate system?

If you have not, go to setup and you'll see a couple different options for coordinate settings.
