    Default Moving Pipe Add point

Whenever I go to add a branch line to an existing pipe, I select the pipe and click on the little white cross to add pipe. This is always located in the middle of the pipe run and I end up moving it to where I actually want to put the pipe. Am I missing something here?? Is there another way to go about this so I can add pipe right where I want to add it using the white cross method or should I use another method?

As far as I know, clicking on the plus sign will always add from the midpoint. Alternatively, you could use the PipeAdd command or tool button and then select the location on the pipe where you want to add from.

You can also use the "n" switch after clicking on the plus sign to move where the pipe is added from, but it doesn't really save you much time.

I'll give it a try Buzz, much thanks for the quickie response..

It's definitely frustrating when you're zoomed in on a tight area and you go to add pipe and have to zoom out to find the dang white cross.. Hmm.. Me thinks a wishy list item might be in order..

Looks like it's back to the add pipe command..
