Default Navis 5 nwd vs. Navis 2009 nwd

I just got a question from my consultant. This seems kind of odd to me.

I exported my Revit file to Navisworks Manage 2009.
    Tools > External Tools > Navisworks 2009

I open up this Navisworks file (.nwc) and save it as a (.nwd) file.
    File > Save as

It looks fine. Everything is visible.

But since my consultant only has Navis 5. So what I did is to save this Navisworks 2009 (.nwd) file as a Navis 5 (.nwd) file.

When I double checked this Navis 5 (.nwd) file in my Navisworks Manage 2009, everything looked exactly like my 2009 (.nwd) file.

But he kept saying there are elements invisible when he opened up this Navis 5 file. Have you guys had this problem before? What can I do so that he doesn't have this problem?

It's cool now. Apparently he didn't orient himself properly in the nwd file. Once he oriented himself in the right direction, he saw what I saw.
