You're welcome! Glad I could make something which works
OK, sorry for taking more than a month ... it was just a bit hectic here. Anyhow, I've updated the old Increment routine. It now saves its settings to the registry so you have the same settings as you had previously whenever you start it - not just in the current drawing / session as before. Also the settings dialog doesn't display by default at the start - it just shows the current settings instead on the command line.
But biggest change is that I've added a Pause option. When asked to pick the text, type P<space> and the increments pause at the current value. To resume, do the same (it's a toggle on/off) - displayed at the command line what the value will be.
Thanks,irneb.
You have been making us satisfied.
Why not to add a Pause option to your routine named "Autoincr"?( toggle on/off) - I think that it is Necessary for us.Thank you !
You're welcome!
The Autoincr would be a bit more complex than just adding a pause "button" to it. Some of the calculations inside (as well as the data stored to "remember" which objects follow which) would need some changing.
I will look into it, but I'm not a full-time programmer. This is more like a hobby to me, so it's not going to happen ASAP ... rather "when I can".
irneb,it's long time ago when I saw your message last time .and what about your routine? It's really nice for me.
But where are you, irneb?Originally Posted by ;1112237
I know that you have updated the code on this website http://caddons.svn.sourceforge.net/
Sorry, I've just had too much other stuff going on. I haven't worked on this particular function in ages, will have to get my mind wrapped around it again.
The updated on that site is mostly additions of other routines. Stuff like my Select Result and some others (even some added by l-choliz). I've been more working on creating a decent help system for this and trying to make a partial menu so it can be "installed" much simpler.
