Default Figuring out the start of a wall

    Hi,

A minor point, but I would love to be able to visually see which end of a wall is the start.

This could be a different colour or shape of the grip when click on the wall - say the start has a green grip as opposed to blue.

The problem I have is when I want to change the endcap of a particular wall, I don't know which is the start or end and so I have to guess (which is usually the wrong one).

I agree fully. I wish they had that option in Revit as well.

Well, if you select a Wall, the Reverse Direction Grip is an arrow, pointing in the direction from Start to End of the Wall. Should you be zoomed in too closely to the end you are editing to see the Reverse Direction Grip, you could always just hover over the square grip at the end of the Wall - the tool tip will read "Start" at the start end and "End" at the end end.

Not as immediately available as a graphically different grip, but until they decide that updated grips will be the main feature of an upcomming release, it should get the job done for you. How will you spend all of the time you will now be saving?
