Draw Elliptical Gear help

I'm trying to design an "elliptical gear" using LT 2000i. Is this possible? Can someone help me through the process?

Hi, welcome to AUGI.

"Designing" this in LT would be exactly the same as designing it with a pencil.
LT will only help you to draw the lines.
