I am doing some vehicle tracking curves & have some lines that i want to remove from the family file - but its not letting me remove them? (They are the group of lines near the origin)
any suggestions on how to get rid of stuff that wont delete?

Try this;
"Copy to Clipboard" all lines except the group of lines
Open new Detail Rfa
"Paste from Clipboard" into new Detail Rfa.
Or simply just select the lines one by one, and set their length´s to 0.1 mm - Revit can´t deal with short lines like that, and therefore suggest that you delete the element instead![]()

I know this is an old thread, sorry for reviving it, but I didn't find many other answers in my search. Anyways, I had a title block family that I tried all the solutions and the lines would not go away. I finally came to the conclusion that these (border) lines probably were part of the default from the family template originally used. My solution since I couldn't delete/ or make them so small Revit would delete them was to put a visibility parameter on them that defaults to off. Works for me, however always open to other ideas. Most importantly, I hope if someone stumbles across this feed it helps them.
