    Default Grub srew location

    Locating grub screws from content center on hubs or Shaft not take constrain to locate for autodrop function.How to do this?

    Hi,

    This is another one of the anomalies and quirks that demean Inventor.

    I have come across your problem many times and the only way I know to do this is to manually place the grub screws. There is no automated way of placing them that I have found.

    Drop them onto your assembly, best to place them as near as you can to where you want them to be as this saves time. Then you will have to use the standard constraints menu to place each individual one in the locations you require. It's a real pain!

    Autodesk please take note!
