    Default Copy no paste

I'm running ACAD LT 2004. I opened a dwg that I seem to be able to copy (highlights the items) but when I paste, nothing happens. I have opened a few other dwgs while in the same program and no problem. I saw some posts about hotfixes but nothing that applies to LT 2004 (I can't even find the acdb17.dll file)
    Thanks

Have you tried closing and restarting acad? That's sometimes enough.

Three times, as I mentioned, no other problems with other dwgs while running the same app.

    ?

Try using DWG Trueview to convert the file to A2000 format.

Just a stab in the dark, but try Zoom Extents. Its possible that the where you copied it (basepoint) and the paste point might have been off the screen.
