Default Running 2009 apps in 2010

Do apps written for 2209 have to be recompiled for 2010?

    Hi,
Yes, in some cases you will have to rewrite some of the code as well.

sometimes you can get lucky and it 'just works' ive found, but every year I go through each of my macros, repoint the DLL to the new API, and sort through the errors it spits out, with the aide of the new SDK.

I don't mind it, gives me a good chance to do some refactoring
