Help with Viz4

We recently installed Viz4, it worked fine for several weeks. Now the toolbars are invisible.
Can anyone help?

One or two possibilities,
one you have entered Expert Mode
and now need to exit it.

Or you need to restore/reload the
default user interface to get your
errant tools back.

Thank you for a quick responce, my instructor posted the message but I am the user. It is not that the toolbars are gone, but the icons are not visible. You can place the cursor over where the button should be and it will display what it is but if you want to just look at your tools you cant see what they are.
