tool palette closes autocad

i just made a new tool palette with a few blocks on it and gave it to my crew. everyone that has a new system can use all the blocks, but there is one guy who still has an onld system and when he tries to insert a dynamic block it closes autocad.
NOT CRASHES CLOSES
all the non-dynamic blocks work just fine.

i am completly stumped

What happens when you try to insert a DBlock without using the tool palette?

the dynamic blocks can be inserted using the insert block command and also through the design center.

What do you mean by "old system", like other version of AutoCAD?

i mean the old cad computers they still run AutoCAD 2009 MEP but they are 32-bit systems

You may want to log a support request if you are on subscription, it sounds like a bug that they don't know about yet.

Do you know how long ago that was? I am sure someone is looking into it, but if you post the support request number here someone can find out the status
