I just got a reply from Autodesk explaining that my subscription had expired on the very day that 2010 was released. Therefore no download. Of course, I only received my invoice 2 days ago and I would never have received it at all if I hadn't phoned my dealer last week to ask about it. I would have expected all this stuff to take place without my intervention, but seems not to be the case. Do the rest of you who manage subscriptions have to call up every year to get an invoice?
