I just got a reply from Autodesk explaining that my subscription had expired on the very day that 2010 was released. Therefore no download. Of course, I only received my invoice 2 days ago and I would never have received it at all if I hadn't phoned my dealer last week to ask about it. I would have expected all this stuff to take place without my intervention, but seems not to be the case. Do the rest of you who manage subscriptions have to call up every year to get an invoice?

I'm very loyal to my dealer, I just wish the machinery of subscription were more sophisticated.

wahoo mine has finally arrived in the subscription center, i think im gonna have a beer in celebration haha

i wont be using it yet though, as i have a few projects at detailing stage that i dont want to be held up.

This is the reason I don't use REVIT... lack of continuity every version is different!

i have revit architecture 2010 and when i try to setup it ask me for serial and product key

ofcours i got this key like you all said but what about the serial ???
