Lightbulb Setting the View scale in the Template file

I've done it before, but its evading me now. I'm trying to set my callouts to be 1/4" scale instead of the 1/2" it is currently. Everytime I change the scale as I put a call out in, it reverts back to 1/2". Whats the answer?

IS the callout trying to create a plan, or a detail? IT will react differently, based upon what you are trying to create.

Im not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but callouts tend to revert to double the scale of the view they are drawn in. (If you're in a floorplan that is scaled 1/4"=1', your callout of the floorplan defaults to 1/2"=1')
